Renovation Queens Studio Dubai is committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service. We have laid out a list of questions that are commonly asked by our clients. However, if there is something that we have missed please feel free to reach out. We would be more than happy to address any of your needs and help you find clarity.
Renovation Queens Studio doesn’t have a specific design style. We aren’t designing for us; we are designing for you!
We are here to help you understand your personal style and bring your vision to life.
We have designed our service offering to be as convenient for clients as possible, which is why we tend to present to clients at their site (homes or workplaces).
After an initial phone conversation with you, if we both feel that our services are right for your project, we will come to visit you on your site for an initial meeting and site review. We do this without any charge or any obligation to continue with our services. In this visit we will go over your ideas, look around the site and give you some initial high-level thoughts on the opportunities available within your project.
We only take on a select number of projects at one time which allows us to build a personal relationship with each client and give each project our full attention. Sometimes we can take a project on right away, other times we are booked out a few months, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
We are happy to work on a single room. Many of our multi-room or full home projects also begin with just one room or area, it's a great way to ease into the design relationship and establish trust with our clients.
We have a trusted network of professionals including builders, contractors and suppliers. But we are also happy to provide our design service only and you can work with your preferred vendors/contractors for the construction part.
We purchase our materials and accessories from a variety of sources including showrooms, retail stores, online vendors, and local small businesses. We love introducing our clients to new brands and products that they aren’t familiar with – this sets your house apart from your neighbour’s house and always increases that wow factor. That being said, if you have a store or vendor you absolutely love, we’d be happy to use them in our sourcing.
The budget for every project will be based on various factors, including available resources, a sensible investment level and possible returns. Some clients have a fixed amount to spend on a home for life and are less concerned about over-investing, others are planning on selling soon after completion and therefore a balance of spend and possible return is essential.
The scope of each individual project varies and the range in pricing is extensive.
We feel it is much fairer after an initial free consultation to estimate our time input, relating to the scope of work for that individual project, and give a fixed fee for each stage of the project.
